Dark Chocolate is good for you! It is antidepressant, antioxidant, can lower the risk of heart disease…of course in moderation… When you make your own you can decide what you put in it… and play with sugar alternatives…
- 1 silicone chocolate mould
- 100g cacao butter melted in a bain-marie
- 100g cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp pure salt
- Natural sweeteners of your choice (maple syrup, honey, agave syrup…) 2 Tbsp or more
- Optional goji berries, dessicated coconut, pistaccios, ground or flaked almonds…
Mix all the ingredients in the melted cacao butter and fill the silicone mould. choose to add nuts and berries in the mix or on top to decorate.
Put in the fridge for 30′ or the freezer for 10′ before taking out of the mould. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 10 days. Enjoy!
